U Visa & T Visa Policy Kickoff Event

The Hennepin County Attorney’s Office is excited to announce a new U visa and T visa policy! Their new policy removes obstacles from its former practices that could discourage victims from reporting crimes.

Come out to the U Visa & T Visa Policy Kickoff Event

The Hennepin County Attorney’s Office is hosting a community conversation on the new policy at Midtown Global Market that will be co-hosted with Minneapolis City Council Member Jason Chavez and MPD Inspector Jose Gomez, with food from Salsa a la Salsa. This kickoff event is an opportunity to connect and discuss how they can partner to keep immigrant and refugee communities safe. They will also be hosting information sessions around the county in the coming months.

Date & Time: Tuesday, March 12 at 5:30 PM

Location: Midtown Global Market, 920 E Lake St
