Reducing Single-Use Plastics in Food Service Businesses

Minnesota Waste Wise Foundation is seeking input to shape a campaign to help restaurants and other food service establishments reduce single-use plastic. They are seeking restaurant owners and managers who can talk about where and why they use plastics and what resources would help them reduce single-use plastics.

The project is currently in an information-gathering phase, but the Minnesota Waste Wise staff can also provide free assistance to help any business who wants to get started reducing plastic use right away.
