LEAD Minneapolis Community Resource Event!

LEAD case manager, Pinki Garci (pictured below), has planned a Community Resource Pop-up event at the corner of East Lake Street & Chicago Ave. The event is planned for Thursday, October 26th from 11:30 am - 3:30 pm.

Please distribute this flyer to any individuals you may know or work with who need health resources, coordinated entry assessments, and/or addiction treatment intakes. We will also be accepting LEAD referrals (including self-referrals) from anyone in attendance who needs support navigating any criminal legal system matters they may have as a result of unmet behavioral health needs, homelessness, and/or extreme poverty.
