Lake & Lyndale B Line Construction

Preparation work for temporary traffic signals at Lake & Lyndale starts the week of January 15, 2024.

Here is what you can expect from this preparation work:

• Construction will last for one week total with work hours between 7:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.

• The intersection will be open to four-way traffic, some parking will be restricted to have space for equipment.

• 1 day will be needed for concrete panel removals at the intersection. These removals will produce some noise, including hammering, sawing, and drilling. After the panel removals, Premier Electric will be using an auger to dig holes for the posts to hold temporary traffic signals.

• These temporary traffic signals will be used when construction begins starting in spring.
