Grants for Energy Efficiency in 2024
Welcoming the New Year brings fresh grant opportunities! If you have equipment replacement or retrofit projects on your agenda for 2024, contact Energy Smart to explore available funding options. High-efficiency furnaces, boilers, ACs, ventilation, natural gas kitchen equipment, LED lights, all of this and more are qualified for grant funding!
There are two great grant options for the Lake Street area:
Business Energy Efficiency Grant Program with the Minnesota Chamber of Commerce (up to $5,000 rebate match).
Minneapolis Green Cost Share (20-30% of the total project cost up to $20,000 or $30,000 respectively).
Energy Smart can determine your project eligibility and complete the application as painlessly as possible. Both grants require pre-approval! So do not sign any purchase orders for new equipment or complete work until you have heard back that you have been approved for a grant.
