Lake Street Morning Mixer: Pancakes & Priorities

  • Bryant Lake Bowl 810 West Lake Street Minneapolis, MN, 55408 United States (map)

Join us for our second Lake Street Morning Mixer of the year! This month’s mixer will focus on the city's next budget process, plus related community and economic priorities for Lake Street!

Special Guests: City Council members Jamal Osman (Ward 6), Katie Cashman (Ward 7), Andrea Jenkins (Ward 8), and Aisha Chughtai (Ward 10).

This session will highlight several community safety strategies being proposed by city council members, encourage feedback from local businesses regarding corridor improvement initiatives, and feature information on potential resources to support Lake Street businesses.

We will discuss Council Member's budget priorities that will impact Lake Street areas, from Uptown to Midtown. We'll also ensure time for the audience to share their experiences on how their merchant areas are doing: from local road construction project impacts, to public safety efforts, to emerging programs that will offer technical assistance to businesses & encourage shoppers to visit Lake Street.

You are encouraged to join us to learn more about these efforts and how we can ensure their successful implementation heading into 2025.
