The Holiday No Coast Craft-o-Rama is a craft event that began in December 2005 as a way to feature a variety of designers, artists, crafters and other talented creators of unique handmade goods. It is held every year in the Midtown Global Market.

This magical festival features performances by Nordic music and dance groups, exceptional holiday shopping at ASI’s Museum Store, and a Handcraft Fair with handmade items by nearly 40 local artists. FIKA also serves up a special European winter market inspired menu with Swedish meatballs and glögg.

The mission of the Women’s Art Festival is to provide a welcoming place for women artists to show and sell their creations and to provide a fun and festive atmosphere for guests to shop and gather. The event has grown to include over 130 women artists working in a large variety of media, along with live music and a women-owned coffee shop providing food, beverages, and treats.

This unique event honors the Mexican tradition of La Posada, leading everyone on a journey to four sites in our community. Enacted with beauty, humor, soulful live music, and an ending feast.

This weekend long urban winter festival takes place in Lake Street’s Uptown neighbourhood and showcases bike races, skijoring, snow sculptures, and luminaries made of ice.
