The Developer Technical Assistance Program (DTAP) is accepting applicants for our Spring 2023 Intro to Real Estate Development Training. This is a free, 4 session training that supports small and emerging real estate developers in Minneapolis. Eligible applicants include aspiring developers with no or limited experience, businesses or nonprofits considering becoming an owner-occupant or landlord, and those seeking to make a living from developing and owning real estate.
