we only lost two weeks of our time.I quickly discovered this place has no clue,As how to conduct buisness,there very undependable, rude and unprofesional.For that reason I would never recommend them to walk my dog let alone fix my tv.!!!!!!!!!!!

I wanted to say that this website doesn't mention things like the work Doug does in the community, such as helping autistic and handicapped people. He teaches them his trade while paying them or finds them easier jobs. He has been a fantastic neighbor. He keeps the whole corner clean way above his responsibility! We can always count on him to keep an eye on our corner. I could go on all day. There are always two sides and I thought you might like to hear ours.

Horrible service. We still haven't gotten any. This man should not be in business. He still has our television after over 5 months. We had to pay storage fee costs above and beyond the repair fee and the TV is not fixed. Does that even make sense. We have attempted to pick up this TV 5 times. He claimed he called us but never called the 2nd number listed and we have no record of anything on our cell phone records. My husband had to go with the police to try to get our TV back, and this guy was rude to the police officer until he was put in check. He told us it would take another 2 months. We thought maybe it was racial, but I think he is a jerk to everybody. People like this do still exist but you don't have to meet him. Save yourself the trouble. You'd be better off throwing your TV out the window.

this shop had excuses for any problem they encountered! i would not ever recommend him to anybody..he had my tv for around 3 months, and never gave a call to say what was going on, and even when i called him every day, would never give a straight answer? Not to mention when i picked my unrepaired equiptment up, it was scratched to hell, although when i dropped it off it was only a year old, and unblemished..and stacked behind 3 other unrepaired tv's...thanks alot for the respect

Don't get service done here. They will take forever and blow you off. The Tech that does most of the work will make excuses until the cows come home. I have had a TV board serviced with them for going on two months now and I can't get him to come back and give me my board back. It is very frustrating and I would not recommend them to anyone.
